Directions for Use
Oven Cleaning
1. Preheat oven to 130–160°F.
2. Turn off oven before applying cleaner.
3. Spray product directly onto soiled surfaces.
4. Allow product to dwell for 2–3 minutes.
5. Scrub with brush or cleaning pad.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water and wipe clean.
Grill / Griddle Cleaning
1. Preheat grill or griddle to 180–200°F.
2. Turn off grill and activate exhaust ventilation.
3. Scrape excess grease and food debris.
4. Apply cleaner to cooking surface.
5. Allow to dwell for 2–5 minutes.
6. Scrub with brush or pad and rinse thoroughly.
7. Wipe clean with sponge or squeegee.
Fryer Surface Cleaning
1. Apply product to exterior fryer surfaces.
2. Allow product to dwell for 2–3 minutes.
3. Scrub with brush or pad.
4. Rinse with water and wipe dry.
