Directions for Use
Food Service Areas
1. Apply solution to vent hoods, wall surfaces, appliance exteriors, and fryer areas.
2. Dilute between 1:1 and 1:10 depending on soil level.
3. Agitate surface with sponge, brush, or cleaning pad.
4. Rinse or wipe clean.
Greasy Surface Cleaning
1. Spray product directly onto surface.
2. Wipe clean using a damp cloth or towel.
Fryer Boil-Out
1. Add 1 cup cleaner to empty 25 lb fryer and fill with water to oil line.
2. Heat to boil for approximately 10 minutes while brushing fryer surfaces (power off).
3. Cool, drain, refill with potable water and boil for 3 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse thoroughly with potable water.
Outdoor Cleaning
1. Mix equal parts cleaner and water (warm or hot water recommended).
2. Apply to oily areas and allow to dwell for 10–15 minutes.
3. Scrub with deck brush and rinse thoroughly with water.
